The ONCC Residential Sound Insulation Committee works in cooperation with the City of Chicago, local governments and O’Hare International Airport area residents to reduce the effect of aircraft noise in owner-occupied single- and multi-family homes.
The committee oversees the O’Hare Residential Sound Insulation Program, one of the largest programs of its kind in the nation.
