Dr. Raymond Kuper

Dr. Raymond Kuper has served as
ONCC Vice-Chair since the Commission's inception. In addition, since 1997
he has served as the chairperson
of the School Sound Insulation Committee where he guided the development
of the criteria used to select schools for the
Sound Insulation Program. Dr. Kuper has worked in the field of education for over 30 years. He began his teaching career in the Chicago Public Schools where he taught for seven years. He has had additional experience in the North and Northwest Chicago suburbs where he has served as a teacher, assistant principal, principal and superintendent. Dr. Kuper retired in May 2009 as superintendent of Union Ridge School Dist. 86 located in Harwood Heights, Ill. |
