Sound Insulation Committee Vice-Chair Judith Dunne Bernardi is the elected
Village Clerk for the Village of Norridge, where she has served the residents
since 1996. In addition to her
duties as Clerk, Ms. Bernardi is in charge of the Village Hall Staff.
She graduated from De Paul University with High Honors and is also a
graduate of the Municipal Clerks’ Institute.
Ms.
Bernardi currently serves on the Boards of the local chapter of United Way, the
Ridgewood High School Foundation, and Central Baptist Village.
By her previous service as Member of the Board of Directors and Assistant
Thrift Shop Manager, Ms. Bernardi helped to raise money for the Over the Rainbow
Association which builds accessible housing for adults confined to wheelchairs.
